Trane Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the Finance function, reporting to the Finance Leader, Rest of Asia Pacific, and to partner with business leaders to strengthen FP&A, controllership and growth.

The role leads AOP and LRP, drives accurate forecasting of sales, costs, working capital, ROI, implements cost controls, ensures compliance with US GAAP and local regs, and advances process efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Chartered Accountant recognized by MIA.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual AOP and long-range planning processes.
• Provide financial counsel to business leaders for decision making.
• Forecast sales, costs, working capital, and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/SOX and local requirements.
• Improve process efficiency and cost controls.
