Job summary

We’re looking for a finance professional with experience in property development finance, property development accounting, or audit exposure to property development clients to oversee the financial management of development projects.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to support project performance, cash flow management, financial reporting and business decision-making across the development lifecycle.

This role is well suited for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager ready for broader responsibilities, a Finance Manager seeking greater ownership and exposure, or audit professionals looking to transition into a commercial finance leadership role.

Understanding of property development accounting, development expenditure accounting and project financial reporting

Experience gained within a property development company and/or through audit engagements involving property development clients

Exposure to residential property development projects will be an advantage

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or MICPA will be a plus
