Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an accounting professional to support weekly and monthly cash flow budgeting, costings for raw materials and finished goods, and the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.

The role requires diploma in accounting with at least two years in manufacturing, strong accounting knowledge, good English, and computer literacy; you will assist with bank reconciliations, SST submissions, fixed assets, stock takes, and monthly sales reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting is required.
• At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and analytical abilities.
• Good English communication and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly and monthly cash flow budget.
• Prepare costing for raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist in monthly/yearly financial reports.
• Ensure monthly financial reports are submitted on time.
• Assist oversees the overall operations of the Account Department.
• Handle stock taking and prepare monthly inventory variance report.
• Update bank records and perform bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit monthly SST return.
• Maintain and update Fixed Assets accounts.
• Prepare monthly sales report.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Accounting.

With at least 2 year(s) related working experience preferable in Manufacturing industry.

Possess good interpersonal skills & analysis skills and strong technical knowledge in accounting.

Possess good English to communicate effectively and computer literacy is a must.
