is hiring a Senior Finance Executive to oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and coordination with auditors and authorities, while supporting budgeting and financial analysis. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2–3 years of experience in full-set accounting; SAP experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper submission and monitoring of e-Invoices.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor cash flow and manage payment processes.
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
