Job summary

TWY Search International (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee daily accounting, management reporting, costing and budgeting. You will manage a team, drive internal controls and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.

The role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualifications and a background in audit/tax, preferably with SAP experience in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related with professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA).
• With at least 2 years’ audit/tax experience.
• Manufacturing background is an advantage.
• Proficient in English with good report writing skill.

Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting, management reporting, costing, forecast, taxation and budgeting.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Lead a finance team with coaching and on‑the‑job training.
• Develop internal control systems and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Assist management in decision making with relevant analysis and data.
• Coordinate accounting policies and ensure compliance with statutory bodies and auditors.
• Oversee receivables, payables, assets and inventories; review subsidiaries accounts.
