Job summary

• GROUP REPORTING (CONSOLIDATION) knowledge is required.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Accounting Operations preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (VLookup, Pivot, Power Query) and ERP familiarity.
• Good English communication and team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Group reporting and consolidation duties, including monthly closing and reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts, balance-sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and secretaries; ensure statutory filings.
• Assist with treasury, cash flow management and banking needs.
• Drive process improvements using ERP reporting and automation.

Job description

Group reporting and consolidation

• Prepare management accounts, balance-sheet reconciliations (Including bank reconciliation) and supporting schedules
• Ensure accuracy of Financial Reports and data from ERP system is correct and reliable

Tax, Audit and Statutory Reporting

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretaries
• Ensure timely submission of audited financial statements, tax computations, statutory filings and financial statements including SSM XBRL reporting
• Prepare monthly and annual Kastam Reporting (M1, M2, M4, LH)
• Prepare authority reporting requirement e.g. annual MIDA reporting
• Assist in CMO Costing / std costing setup in ERP
• Year end stock count and reconciliation

Treasury and Cash flow management

• Assist HOD in banking and financing requirement
• Assist in IF application and monitoring

Process Improvement

• Utilising ERP capability (report automation) and reduce manual work
• Review existing work & process flow and recommend improvement

Others

• Undertake all other assignments and duties as instructed by the HOD and Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experienced in the related field is required.
• Candidate MUST have GROUP REPORTING (CONSOLIDATION) knowledge
• Experience in Manufacturing / Accounting Operations background.
• Good team player with a hands-on approach and positive working attitude.
• High level of ethics and confidentiality.
• With can-do attitude, able to multi-task, is proactive, able to work independently with minimum supervision, is organized with good analytical skills.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (including Excel function such as VLookup, Pivot Table, Power Query)
• Good spoken and written English.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
