Job summary

Armonia Living Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts independently and handle day-to-day finance tasks. You will maintain AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation, prepare monthly financial reports, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

The role requires Chinese language proficiency and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Working hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday; salary ranges from RM5,000 to RM8,000

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Able to speak and communicate in Chinese.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who knows what they are doing, can work independently and does not require constant supervision or step-by-step guidance. The candidate must be willing to take responsibility for the accuracy of the company's accounts and follow up on issues until they are resolved.
