Jaw Green Sdn Bhd seeks a hands-on, proactive and analytical finance professional to own end-to-end accounting in a manufacturing/trading environment. You will manage full sets of accounts, perform month-end close, and drive accuracy with internal controls and AI-enabled workflows.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Audit firm background is highly preferred.
• Commercial experience in manufacturing, trading, or recycling industries is a plus.
• Supervisory or reviewing experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and full set of accounting expertise.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to adopt AI and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations) and perform month-end/year-end close.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Verify invoices, DOs, POs, and statements; reconcile stock, weight, and sales data with entries.
• Handle SST, tax, and audit schedules.
• Review junior staff work, strengthen internal controls, and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, authorities, and internal teams.
• Support Excel automation, digital finance tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

The company is looking for a hands-on, proactive, and analytical finance professional who takes ownership by working through: Prepare - Check - Analyse - Identify Exception - Investigate - Recommend Action.

Key responsibilities

Handle and review full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations), perform month-end and year-end closing, prepare P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts

Verify invoices, DOs, POs, and statements; reconcile operational data (stock, weight, sales value) with accounting entries

Handle SST, tax, and audit schedules

Review junior staff work, detect missing and duplicate entries, strengthen internal controls, and resolve discrepancies independently

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, authorities, and internal operational teams

Support Excel automation, digital finance tools, and AI-assisted workflows

About you

Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of relevant experience

Audit firm background (highly preferred)

Commercial experience in manufacturing, trading, or recycling industries (added advantage)

Supervisory or reviewing experience is preferred

Strong Excel skills and full sets expertise

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to adopt AI and digital tools
