Job summary

A Finance Executive role managing the accounting, finance and bank matters for the organization in Malaysia. You will oversee daily cash flow, AR/AP, SST compliance and payroll-related tasks in a mid-sized multi-tier company.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Accounting/Finance with at least two years' experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting tools. You will work independently and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related professional accounting qualifications.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, finance and bank matters.
• Monitor daily bank balances and movements.
• Handle AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) transactions.
• Prepare monthly payments and listings for the payment cycle.
• Ensure timely SST submission and payments to authorities.
• Handle documentation and filing for related documents.
• Handle partial payroll functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

• Handle documentation and filing for all related documents
• Handle partial payroll functions
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

About you

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related professional accounting qualifications
• At least two (2) years' of relevant working experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites and SQL accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Hands-on, adaptable to changes and self-driven
• Experience with multi-tier company accounts is an added advantage
• Exposure to SQL Payroll software is an added advantage
