foodpanda is seeking a Senior Finance Data Analyst to influence strategy and financial operations across 16 markets. You will deliver actionable insights, mentor junior analysts, and drive AI-powered finance analytics initiatives.

You will design robust reporting, build complex SQL models using BigQuery and dbt, and collaborate with senior finance leaders to shape data-driven decisions in a fast-paced global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on SQL, python, data modeling, and data visualization.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Finance or similar teams, with a track record of influencing leadership and driving financial operations, reporting, or FinTech optimizations via actionable, data-backed recommendations.
• Experience with Payments and/or Financial Products is a strong asset.
• Proficiency with advanced SQL (BigQuery or similar DWH) and Looker/Tableau; dbt/Airflow is a plus.
• Strong statistical analysis background, including experimentation and data modeling.
• Experience leading or mentoring other analysts and fostering collaboration.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards in Looker/Tableau and agentic solutions to support leaders.
• Mentorship & Development: Guide junior analysts and foster a collaborative team environment.
• AI-Driven Analytics & Automation: Create AI-powered tools, root-cause analysis agents, and scalable analytics workflows.
