V Capital Group, founded in 2016, is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The role involves managing supplier, customer and vendor obligations, maintaining full sets of accounts, reconciling statements, forecasting cash flow, and assisting with year-end audits. Collaboration with auditors, tax agents and internal teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; experience with ERP/accounting software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
• Handle full sets of accounts.
• Reconcile financial statements and analyze expenses.
• Prepare statements of accounts and send payment reminders.
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare cash flow projections weekly or monthly and prioritize payments.
• Assist year-end audit preparation and notes to accounts.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure completeness of work.
• Complete economic substance report and annual returns for the company.
• Conduct finance due diligence when required.
