Job summary

KAF Group is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee daily finance operations, review journals, and manage vendor payments in Kuala Lumpur. The role entails preparing monthly accounts, bank reconciliations, and tax schedules, as well as annual financial statements and tax computations.

You will support regulatory reporting, respond to auditors’ queries, and help maintain Finance Policies and Procedures. A Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 5+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance or Accounts department.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day finance operation tasks, review journals.
• Review payments to vendors and prepare monthly accounts.
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements and tax computations.
• Coordinate with regulatory reporting for submissions.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
