Job summary

Conseal Sdn Bhd invites a capable Senior Accounts Executive/Assistant Finance Manager to oversee full-set accounts, cash flow, and project costing. You will report to senior management, collaborate with project teams and auditors, and drive improvements in financial processes.

The role offers a clear path toward Finance Manager and exposure to strategic decision-making. Based in Malaysia, the position follows a five-day work week with 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full-set accounts and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS or similar software.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in construction/project accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-set accounts including AP/AR/GL and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash-flow updates and schedules.
• Monitor project costing, progress claims and revenue recognition.
• Handle SST, E-Invoice compliance and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and bankers as needed.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls; support automation.
