Job summary

Bina Maju Infra Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Finance & Account to oversee financial accounting and reporting, ensure MFRS compliance, and provide strategic insights to help drive business decisions.

You will manage the general ledger, AP/AR, tax coordination with auditors, and supervise junior staff while implementing robust controls and collaborating with auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, ACA, or equivalent recognised qualification.
• 4–10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and accounting software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Solid understanding of taxation principles and compliance in Malaysia.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements per MFRS.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Manage journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and maintain internal controls.
