Alcon Johor (known as CIBA VISION Johor Sdn. Bhd.) is seeking a Sr. Associate, Field Technical Service Engineering to deliver advanced technical service and engineering support at customer sites and demonstration facilities in Malaysia.

The role ensures equipment operates per specifications, resolves complex issues, and maintains strong customer relationships to drive business growth. The position collaborates with Sales, Service Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Product Support teams,

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken English for technical communication.
Experience in Field Service Engineering, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of complex equipment.
Experience in regulated environments (GxP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer-site Alcon equipment operates according to specifications.
Perform advanced technical service activities, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
Provide technical consultation, training, and product support to customers.
Prepare detailed technical reports and document service activities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP, and regulatory requirements.
