Job summary

Alcon Johor (known as CIBA VISION Johor Sdn. Bhd.) is seeking a Technician III in Molding & Tooling Engineering to handle complex mold tooling design and molding processes.

You will apply advanced technical skills, adhere to SOPs and GxP, and contribute to quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires at least 2 years of experience, and an openness to electrical & PLC tasks, with a 12-hour weekly rotating shift.

Responsibilities

This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes. The Technician III, Molding & Tooling Engineering, is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in mold tooling design and molding processes. You will apply advanced technical skills and problem‑solving abilities while adhering to procedures.

• Handle highly complex technical tasks related to mold tooling design and molding processes, supporting operations and contributing to efficiency within defined procedures
