Job summary

Sea Hawk Global Lines Sdn Bhd, headquartered in Port Klang, seeks a Senior Facilities Executive to manage day-to-day operations of logistics facilities, including warehouses and depots. You will ensure equipment, building systems, and safety measures are maintained to support uninterrupted logistics services.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in FM or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in facility maintenance, preferably in logistics or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facility Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant facility maintenance experience, preferably in logistics/warehouse/industrial sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge in building systems (M&E, electrical, HVAC, fire systems).
• Familiar with Malaysian regulatory bodies (DOSH, BOMBA, MBSA) and facility compliance standards.
• Able to read floor plans, maintenance manuals, and basic electrical/plumbing schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility reporting tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and willing to be on-site for inspections and urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure logistics infrastructure is in good working condition (docks, electrical, lighting, gates, drainage, loading bays, roof, utilities).
• Perform routine facility inspections and identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Coordinate minor repairs and follow up on corrective actions with contractors or internal technicians.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors for maintenance, cleaning, pest control, security, and landscaping services.
• Supervise work performed by contractors and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Assist in sourcing quotations for maintenance works and small-scale projects.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards (OSHA/DOSH), fire safety (BOMBA), and local authority regulations.
• Conduct regular checks on safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, CCTV systems, and alarms.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Sea Hawk Global Lines Sdn Bhd, a leading logistics service provider headquartered in Port Klang, is seeking a reliable and hands‑on Senior Facilities Executive to support the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of our logistics facilities, including warehouses, container yards, transport depots, and office buildings. This role is ideal for someone with solid technical knowledge in building maintenance, a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external service providers. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring operational continuity, safety compliance, and infrastructure efficiency across the company's logistics footprint.

Key responsibilities

About you
