Job summary

JLL is recruiting a Senior OT Facilities Engineer for Integrated Facility Management on Penang Island, Malaysia. You will design, configure and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, connectivity and security across the organization.

Key tasks include server and network management, cloud integration, security enforcement, backups and incident response. Fresh graduates are welcome; a 12‑hour day/night shift may apply, based on assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT support, systems or network administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization.
• Strong understanding of networks, security, and scripting basics.

Responsibilities
