Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical/facilities engineering experience.
• Direct experience with compressed air, vacuum, exhaust, cleanroom, and HVAC systems.
• REM Type 1/Type 2 certification and PMP certification are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end O&M for CDA, PVAC, exhaust, and HVAC systems across lifecycle.
• Plan, budget, and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT oversight, and change management efforts.
• Manage OEM contracts, spares, and CAPEX/OPEX budgets with data-driven decisions.
• Drive energy efficiency and reliability improvements aligned with business goals.
