Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical & electrical engineering or certified 11kV electrical proficient person.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities engineering experience in HVAC, industrial utilities, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems such as 11kV, UPS, LV distribution, VFD.
• Understanding HVAC, energy management, and industrial utility systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct operation and maintenance of site-wide mechanical and energy systems including HVAC and utilities.
• Serve as technical focal point for assigned utility systems and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standards and pivotal initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and CAPA for complex issues.
• Apply AI, IIoT, and digital models to improve reliability and optimization.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and support after-hours issues.
