Job summary

Vantage requires a highly skilled electrical facilities professional to oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the facility’s critical infrastructure. You will manage 33 kV high-voltage systems, transformers, protection relays, UPS and battery systems, and BMS/DCIM platforms to ensure maximum uptime.

The role involves conducting 33 kV switching, energization, maintenance scheduling, incident response, and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Chargeman B0 (33kV) Certificate of Competency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in critical facility operations or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of 33 kV switchgear, transformers, protection relays, UPS, and related systems.
• Experience in high-voltage switching operations, shutdowns, and incident recovery preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, standby, on-call, and emergency response as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain 33 kV electrical installation and related systems to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Perform 33 kV switching, isolation, energization, shutdown, transfer, and restoration per PTW/LOTO procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain documentation including single-line diagrams, switching schedules, and maintenance records.
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations with corrective actions and escalation as needed.
