Job summary

Intel Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Hire Construction Project Manager for on-site work in Penang and Kulim. You will plan, manage and deliver complex industrial facilities, including scope, schedule, budget, and contracts, while ensuring EHS, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires a strong background in project/ construction management on large base build projects and experience with semiconductor facilities. On-site collaboration across multiple locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 9+ years with MS Project and construction management on major industrial facilities.
• Experience in contract management, schedule and budget development, and change control.
• Relevant PMP is advantageous; semiconductor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver large industrial construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, and contracting strategies with EHS and quality programs.
• Coordinate with customer management and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Construction Management Practices and SOPs.
• Lead teams, manage risk, and drive safety culture across sites.
• Provide direction to project teams and manage integrated plans with other functions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain documentation.
