Job summary

Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) in Penang or Kulim, Malaysia, seeks an Experienced Construction Project Manager to lead major industrial facilities buildouts. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and safety programs across multi-discipline teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring semiconductor project experience, strong MS Project skills, and a track record of coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities to achieve on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 9+ years in MS Project and construction management on major industrial facilities.
• Experience with contract management, scheduling and budgeting, and change control.
• Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver construction projects from initiation through closeout with multiple strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Construction Management Practices and SOPs across disciplines.
• Collaborate with customer management; resource plan projects and align with teams to meet objectives.
• Build and drive a safety culture of care throughout the project lifecycle.
