Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead and deliver large-scale industrial facility projects in Malaysia, including Fabs-related works, with a strong emphasis on schedule, budget, and safety. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing contracts, and maintaining rigorous project controls.

You will report to the Senior Construction Manager and work on-site at Penang or Kulim, Malaysia, contributing to world-class manufacturing infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver construction projects from initiation to closeout, including scope, schedules, budgets and change management.
• Ensure projects comply with Construction Management Practices and SOPs across disciplines.
• Interact with customer management and coordinate with internal teams to develop integrated project plans.
• Drive safety culture across offices and construction sites from planning through execution.
