About the Role
JCPAC is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Executive, Ticketing to oversee ticketing operations and deliver a seamless audience experience. This role is responsible for managing ticketing systems, sales administration, reporting, customer service, and box office operations while working closely with Programming, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Manage daily ticketing operations, including sales, reservations, exchanges, refunds, and guest lists.
Administer ticketing systems, ensuring accurate event setup, pricing, seating plans, promotions, and inventory management.
Monitor ticket sales performance and prepare sales, attendance, and revenue reports.
Reconcile ticketing transactions and ensure compliance with financial controls and SOPs.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and ticketing-related escalations professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams on ticket launches, marketing campaigns, membership programmes, and audience development initiatives.
Liaise with ticketing system vendors on system support, upgrades, and improvements.
Support box office and front-of-house operations during performances and events.
Diploma or Degree in Arts Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ticketing, event operations, customer service, or a related role.
Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or event management software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, administrative, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on event schedules.
Passion for performing arts and audience engagement is a plus.
