We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Material Planning to support our material planning, purchasing, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in material planning to ensure sufficient packaging materials (PM) for production and operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for new product development (NPCT), including sample preparation.
• Handle material planning documentation such as SCAR, PRO, and monthly supplier evaluations.
• Manage import/export documentation accurately and ensure smooth shipping processes.
• Prepare simple reports and planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts).
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support purchasing and shipping activities when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Shipping, Purchasing Management, or any related field.
• minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar field
• Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and shipping processes.
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Automate, PowerBI and basic ERP systems.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
