Role Summary

Responsibilities :
Achieve the assigned sales budget and support business growth initiatives through effective customer account management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of enquiries, requests, and complaints.
Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business growth and account retention.
Prepare mould reports and monitor mould warranty shots to ensure timely tracking and reporting of mould performance and status.
Coordinate closely with internal departments, including BOC and BTC, on mould status updates, and prepare reports to highlight issues, progress, and follow‑up actions with customers.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Monitor order status, project timelines, and customer requirements, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
Lead customer‑related projects and coordinate meetings, discussions, and follow‑up actions with internal and external stakeholders.
Review customer agreements and commercial documentation prior to submission to the relevant departments for further execution.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and support collection efforts in collaboration with the Finance team.
Gather and analyse market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, industry trends, and pricing information.
Be responsible for activities related to quality, productivity, delivery performance, cost‑saving initiatives, and 5S implementation within the scope of the role.
Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) requirements related to the department are implemented, maintained, and complied with at all times.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Account Management, Sales Coordination, or a related field. Experience in the Medical Device industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of customer service operations, order management, and cross‑functional coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem‑solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
