Oversee user access administration, role assignments, and authorization structures in strict compliance with internal control framework policies.
Facilitate system updates, unit/integration testing, and user acceptance validation (UAT) to safeguard business continuity.
Create and update comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-user training guides.
Support internal and external SAP audit exercises by preparing system access logs, authorization matrices, and compliance documentation.
Conduct periodic reviews of user privileges to enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) and internal risk controls.
Manage SAP license administration, including active monitoring of license utilization, user classification, and audit follow-up/remediation.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience managing IT projects and delivering SAP support/administration in a corporate environment.
Hands‑on experience with SAP CPQ and/or SAP Project System (PS) is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of end-to-end IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Strong domain knowledge of core SAP architecture, user authorization management, and access control frameworks.
Familiarity with SAP licensing frameworks and audit/compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and modern project management/tracking software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
