Job summary

S P Setia Berhad, a premier property developer in Malaysia, seeks aTreasury professional to manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding across the group. The role involves liaising with banks, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing working capital to support ongoing projects.

You will prepare treasury reports and collaborate with finance, IR, and project teams to improve processes and controls. Setia Alam-based position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in treasury field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical, presentation and report writing skills.
• Good attention to detail, organized and able to work towards tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

To manage the group's cash flow, liquidity, and funding needs to support smooth business operations and financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity across group entities.

Liaise with banks on banking facilities, account matters, trade facilities, and treasury transactions.

Forecast short and long-term cash requirements for operational and project needs.

Optimize working capital and ensure sufficient funds for ongoing commitments.

Initiate, process, and monitor payments to ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments.

Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of cash activities.

Prepare treasury related reports, schedules, and management information.

Collaborate with finance, investor relations, and project teams on funding and investment matters.

Assist in improving treasury processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

About you

Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
