Job summary

Warisan TC Holdings BHD is seeking a qualified accounting professional to manage group consolidation and financial reporting. You will prepare consolidation statements across multiple entities, ensure MFRS/IFRS compliance, and coordinate with subsidiaries for timely management accounts.

The role requires 4-6 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Immediate joining is an advantage in a fast-paced environment in Labuan, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting and above.
• Candidate that can join immediately will be an advantage.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with consolidation exposure.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in group consolidation and handling multiple entities is an added advantage.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly reports in compliance with LFSA requirements.
• Assist in tax computation and submission in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and schedules.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Collaborate with department heads to oversee staff matters in Labuan and business operations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual group consolidated financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries for timely submission of management accounts.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with Bursa Malaysia reporting, including quarterly announcements and annual reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and company secretary to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and financial reporting requirements.
