Job summary

BIG Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive - Corporate Event & Roadshow to coordinate mall roadshows, product launches and large-scale brand events across Malaysia. You will liaise with organizers, vendors and internal teams to manage logistics, booth setup, manpower and brand visibility while supporting nationwide campaigns.

Travel for on-ground execution and post-event analysis is required. A degree in a related field and 2–3 years in marketing or event management are preferred, with

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, event management, or related roles within retail, FMCG, or agency environments.
• Proven experience coordinating corporate events or expos is highly preferred.
• Experience arranging promoter shifts and product trainings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

Ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing best practices.

Willing to travel for events, project support, and store visits as required.
