Job summary

BIG Pharmacy is seeking a Sales Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant at Intermark Mall to support customers, maintain product displays, and assist in daily store operations. You will help with product information, promotions, and inventory tasks while delivering friendly, informative service.

Join a fast-growing Malaysian pharmacy chain and assist in processing payments and stock management, contributing to a great customer experience at Intermark Mall.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or pharmacy support is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Display products visibly and maintain FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.
• Receive deliveries, manage stock, and support stock control.
• Process cash and card payments and balance the register.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to pharmacy team as needed.

Big - Sales Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant (Intermark Mall)

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.

Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.

Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
