Job summary

Big Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment efforts and ensure timely hires across our Malaysian operations.

You will engage with Hiring Managers, manage the full recruitment cycle, and drive onboarding and pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare or Manufacturing hiring is an advantage.
• Pharmacy background is preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Manage interview process with Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and reference checks.
• Maintain recruitment tracking and reports on budget, timelines and metrics.
• Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities for new hires.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on workforce planning and recruitment needs.
• Draft and publish recruitment advertisements across channels.

Job description

Source, identify and deliver high quality talent to meet business needs.

Ensure hiring lead times are met according to company standards.

Administer and ensure hiring lead time/ service Level agreement (SLA) as per the Company's requirements and standards.

Utilize recruitment tools, social media platforms, job boards, and networks to engage with potential candidates.

Arrange and conduct interview process for selected group of employees as determined by the Hiring Managers/Company.

Facilitate pre-employment screening, background checks, and reference checks.

Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, walk-in interview, career talk, collaboration with higher Institution, etc.

Support onboarding experience to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.

Coordinate pre-boarding activities such as document submission and contract signing.

Provide excellent internal customer service, work closely with hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfully.

Write effective recruitment advertisement and advertise to all potential channels not limited to Job Boards, Social Media and ATS Applicant Tracking System.

Prepare and maintain recruitment tracking reports, including budget utilization, hiring timelines, and recruitment metrics.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any related discipline.

At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Candidates with working experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing hiring would be an added advantage.

Candidates experience from Pharmacy background is preferred.

Candidates with mass recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisite.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Able to solve problems proactively and work in fast paced.

Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent.
