Job summary

Doctor Anywhere's Operations team supports our TPA business, handling end-to-end claims processing, LOG issuance, customer service, and network management to deliver operational excellence and a best-in-class customer experience.

As (Senior) Executive, Business Processing, you’ll own daily policy servicing: receiving and validating data, maintaining systems, and ensuring timely, accurate service for every client.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in operations, data processing or policy administration (3+ years for Senior Executive).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables and data cleaning.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• The ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines while staying calm and organised under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day policy servicing function to ensure that all transactions are processed in the agreed turnaround time.
• Receive, validate and maintain clients’ data in the system.
• Ensure all data are processed accurately and timely.
• Conduct validation process and data audit as required, ensuring accuracy of data is maintained throughout the system.
• Generate operational reports as and when necessary.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.
