Job summary

COSHARE HOLDINGS BERHAD is seeking a Senior Executive in Credit Administration (Recovery) to join our team in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The role focuses on reconciling recovery collections from salary deductions, direct payments, or court orders, and preparing arrears reports for the Credit Follow-up Committee.

• Data Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile recovery collections received via salary deduction, direct payment, or court order. Prepare detailed arrears reports and summaries for the Credit Follow-up Committee.
• Monitoring of Arrears: Identify cases of stopped, reduced, or inconsistent salary deductions through ANGKASA reports or employer notifications (Coshare Deduction Code and Potongan Gaji Majikan).
• Recovery Action: Arrange alternative repayment methods (e.g., cash self payment, bank transfer, standing instruction) for Applicant no longer under salary deduction.
• Customer Service & Advice: Handle Applicant inquiries related to arrears, balances, and deduction issues professionally and confidentially.
