Job summary

OSK Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Process Review & Documentation professional to conduct end-to-end reviews of existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows using industry best practices.

You will update operations manuals, ensure regulatory alignment, lead process re-engineering initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor adoption and measure productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement, re-engineering, or transformation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering successful process optimization initiatives in a corporate environment.
