Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd. is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing for raw materials, CAPEX and services in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality and on-time delivery. You will lead tender processes, analyse quotations and collaborate with Finance and project teams to ensure compliant procurement and timely payments.

Reports To: Manager Logistics & Procurement
Manage and execute end-to-end procurement activities to support the Company's operational and project requirements.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, delivery and commercial terms.
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, pricing movements and availability of materials, and provide recommendations to management.
Manage procurement activities for raw materials, CAPEX, consumables, hardware, electrical items, equipment, services and other business requirements.
Coordinate and manage the tender and quotation process, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and recommendation up to completion.
Ensure procurement activities are conducted efficiently, transparently and in accordance with Company policies, procedures and approval requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, Finance, project teams, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage sourcing and procurement activities for raw materials, CAPEX, consumables, hardware materials, electrical items, equipment, services and other operational requirements.
Identify, evaluate and develop suitable suppliers based on price, quality, delivery capability, capacity, reliability and overall commercial value.
Obtain and analyse quotations, conduct price comparisons and prepare costing analysis, procurement recommendations and purchase orders for management approval.
Lead the tender and quotation process, including preparation of RFQs/tender documents, supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation, recommendation and award.
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, contractual terms and other commercial conditions to achieve the Company's procurement objectives.
Monitor market developments, commodity/material prices, supply availability and other relevant market conditions, and provide timely updates and recommendations to management.
Ensure materials, equipment and supplies are procured and delivered according to the required specifications, quantity, quality and delivery schedule.
Monitor supplier performance and follow up on issues relating to quality, delivery, pricing, documentation and service levels.
Maintain and monitor procurement records, including supplier quotations, pricing, purchase orders, contracts, vendor information, procurement analysis and recommendations.
Ensure appropriate purchase orders, contracts and commercial agreements are in place prior to the procurement of goods and services.
Plan and execute purchase orders based on end-user requirements, demand forecasts and project schedules, while ensuring effective control of material inventory.
Work closely with Finance and suppliers to ensure proper goods receipt, invoice verification and timely payment processing.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and competitive procurement opportunities.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and procurement efficiency.
Ensure procurement activities comply with the Company's policies, procedures, delegated authority and applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide support to the Logistics & Procurement Manager on procurement strategies, supplier management and other procurement-related matters.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or Senior Management from time to time.

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, construction, utilities or a project-based environment.
Experience in end-to-end procurement, sourcing, tender management and supplier negotiation.
Experience in purchasing raw materials, CAPEX, consumables, hardware, electrical items, equipment and/or services will be an added advantage.
Experience in commodities/material purchasing is an added advantage.
Experience in managing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms, pricing and contractual conditions.
Experience using ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Mandarin speaking is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers/vendors and business counterparts (China vendors).
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies and supplier management.
Good understanding of commercial terms, purchase contracts and general terms & conditions of sales.
Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good commercial awareness and ability to analyse pricing, cost and market trends.
Highly organised, meticulous and detail-oriented.
Proactive with strong follow-up and follow-through capabilities.
Able to manage multiple procurement activities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound judgement in procurement decisions.
