SIGNATURE ALLIANCE GROUP BERHAD is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager - Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support cost management, tendering, and contract administration across construction and fit-out projects in Malaysia. The role emphasizes budgeting, procurement, and cost control to deliver projects within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate will lead cost estimation, prepare BQ, review tenders, and coordinate with project teams to optimize value while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
• Review tender submissions, quotations, and cost comparisons.
• Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and administer contracts, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and certify progress payments.
• Work closely with the project, design, and procurement teams to ensure project costs remain within budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare cost reports and provide management with regular project cost updates.
• Support and guide junior QS team members when required.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, QS, Assistant Manager, Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support the successful delivery of our construction and fit-out projects. In this role, you will be responsible for project costing, tendering, contract administration, procurement, and cost control, while working closely with the project, design, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career in a dynamic and growing construction and fit-out company.
