Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage take-offs, cost analysis, and claims for projects in Malaysia. You will prepare monthly site valuation reports, assess material costs, and coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure timely progress claims.

The ideal candidate has a Professional Certificate or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in construction, and strong communication, negotiation, and independent

• At least 5 years of working experience in construction field
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and diligently
