Job summary

Mulia Property Deveploment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive - Analytics - Performance to support the Analytics & Performance Unit within the Operations Excellence Department. You will collect, consolidate and analyze operational data to produce dashboards, KPI trackers and management materials.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools, with the ability to present clear insights and drive improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, operations management, facilities management, or property/real estate management.
• Professional certification in data analytics, BI, process improvement or project management is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in operational coordination, data analysis, KPI tracking and management reporting.
• Experience in property management, facilities management or real estate is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Analytics & Performance Unit within the Operations Excellence Department.
• Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse operational information from relevant departments.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI trackers and management presentation materials.

Senior Executive - Analytics - Performance

The position is required to support the establishment and day-to-day operations of the Analytics & Performance Unit under the Operations Excellence Department.

The Senior Executive will provide working-level analytical and reporting support by collecting, consolidating, validating and analysing operational information from the relevant departments.

The role will assist in preparing operational dashboards, performance reports, KPI trackers and management presentation materials. The position will also monitor action items and operational improvement initiatives under the direction of the Head of Operations Excellence.

Minimum Academic Qualification

A recognised Bachelor's Degree in any of the following or a related discipline:

• Business Analytics;
• Data Analytics;
• Statistics;
• Mathematics;
• Business Administration;
• Operations Management;
• Facilities Management;
• Property or Real Estate Management; or
• Other relevant business, operational or quantitative disciplines.

Professional certification in data analytics, business intelligence, process improvement or project management would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Minimum three to five years of relevant working experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Operational coordination;
• Data analysis;
• KPI, Performance tracking and monitoring;
• Operation and Management reporting;
• Process improvement support;

Experience in property management, facilities management, real estate, building operations, asset management or a service-based organisation would be an added advantage.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

The candidate should possess:

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, charts and data consolidation;
• Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Bl or other dashboard and data-visualisation tools;
• Ability to compile and analyse operational data;
• Ability to prepare charts, tables, summaries and presentation materials;
• Basic understanding of KPls, service-level indicators and operational performance reporting;
• Basic knowledge of trend analysis, comparison analysis and root-cause analysis;
• Ability to maintain trackers, databases and supporting records;
• Ability to identify data gaps, inconsistencies and unusual trends; and
• Knowledge of process mapping or continuous improvement tools would be an advantage.
