A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years' relevant experience is required, plus travel and own transport.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and supervise overall business operations and the continuous development of the laboratory.

Coordinate job planning and scheduling

Monitor job order progress to ensure timely completion and achievement of turnaround time (TAT) and performance targets

Oversee quality and accreditation matters to ensure full compliance with MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and have at least 6 years of experience in a relevant field

Conversant with MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements

Performance-driven, self-motivated, and possesses a pleasant attitude

Strong communication and leadership skills

Possesses own transportation and willing to travel

Knowledge and experience in Calibration will be an added advantage
