Job summary

TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Equipment Technician (Die Prep/Surface Mount Technology) to manage production line equipment on shift and ensure KPI attainment.

The role requires a Diploma in a technical field and at least 5 years of industrial experience with equipment development or maintenance. Strong knowledge of wafer mounting, dicing, wire bonding and die attach is essential. The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and provide hands-on

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
Basic English reading and writing ability.

Responsibilities

Manage Assembly Engineering equipment on shift to meet KPI goals.
Execute exactly according to Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
Perform PM / CAL of production equipment.
Provide technical support to resolve equipment and hardware issues.
Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance to operators and technicians.
Meet 5S, quality, EHS and discipline requirements.
