Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Executive to oversee daily preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance. You will monitor equipment health, drive RCA analyses, and ensure accurate work orders and spare parts usage.

The role requires coordinating with Production for maintenance windows and supporting TPM and 5S activities. The ideal candidate holds a diploma/degree in engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in plant or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and support shift operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate daily preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor equipment condition, address and support abnormalities correction promptly.
• Analyze breakdown trends and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ensure maintenance work orders, PM checklists, records, and spare parts usage are properly updated.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate with Production on maintenance schedules, planned stoppages, and maintenance windows.
• Support TPM, 5S, lubrication, inspection, and equipment restoration activities.
• Lead plant PM activities to ensure effective and timely preventive maintenance execution.
