ams OSRAM Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced epitaxy process engineer to lead the MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth and sustain performance against KPIs. You will define DoE within process window, implement process control, and work with production, process integration, and equipment teams to ensure smooth operation and KPI achievement.

• Collaborates with production and engineers to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the process of MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth, assures operability and KPIs.
• Define DoE within process window and implement process control, liaise with production and equipment teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in process and identify equipment development potential.
• Set-up procedure, buy-off and qualification of new process/equipment with equipment engineer.
• Transfer and start-up of new process from Regensburg FE/RnD and perform material characterization.
