Job summary

Experian is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader with deep presales and solution consulting expertise to drive multi-million dollar SaaS deployments in Malaysia. The role blends executive selling with hands-on technical solutioning, engaging C-suite stakeholders and coordinating with analytics teams to architect complex, multi-product offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading Enterprise B2B Sales, Presales, Solution Consulting, and/or Product Management within a tech-led financial software business.
• Deep consultative selling experience targeting Tier-1 and Tier-2 commercial banks and/or non-traditional lenders in Malaysia.
• Executive presence with proven track record of selling to C-level stakeholders in financial institutions.
• Deal origination mastery with ability to hunt and originate large-scale enterprise deals from scratch.
• Practice scaling capability in presales methodologies, tooling, and consultative selling frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the pre-sales practice across the Malaysian commercial sales team with reusable assets and a rigorous Solutions Consulting culture.
• Partner with the sales organization to co-create opportunities, structure complex deals, and originate new revenue streams.
• Own regional communication, refine and deliver presales and sales collateral tailored to Malaysia.
• Drive product-market synchronization by aligning with market trends, regulatory shifts, and lender needs.
• Lead executive selling and deal origination with Tier-1/Tier-2 banks and lenders.
