Job summary

AT&S AUSTRIA TECHNOLOGIE & SYSTEMTECHNIK (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing and engineering. You will manage large-scale hiring projects, build pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to align priorities.

You will drive candidate experience, represent the company at events, and contribute to scalable hiring solutions in a fast-growing Kulim operation. Experience in semiconductor or electronics sectors is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Proven success recruiting in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring projects and ramp-ups.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence decisions at multiple levels.
• Experience with recruitment agencies, external partners, and sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using recruitment metrics.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Manage large-scale hiring projects, workforce ramp-ups and critical white-collar positions.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand hiring priorities.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for key manufacturing, engineering, technical and operational roles.
• Represent AT&S at industry events, career fairs, university engagements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support recruitment process improvement initiatives and contribute to building scalable hiring solutions.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
