Job summary

SUS ENVIRONMENT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Negeri Sembilan WtE Project Phase II. You will oversee EPC lifecycle, coordinate permits, design interfaces, and ensure safety, quality and schedule during construction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in project management, strong knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, and fluency in English with proficiency in Chinese and Malay. On-site work in Negeri Sembilan is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years in project management or equivalent; knowledge of Malaysian construction laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical input for concession agreements, feasibility studies, EIA and safety assessments; coordinate communications.
• Support processing of permits and licenses including land certificates and construction permits.
• Coordinate off-site municipal utilities works: power, roads, water, gas, telecom; manage interface and approvals.
• Participate in technical bid clarifications and negotiations; provide bid evaluation opinions.
• Lead discipline engineers to supervise safety, quality and schedule during construction.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and participate in commissioning.
