Job summary

onsemi in Negeri Sembilan, Seremban invites a proactive Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead site EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.

You will collaborate with managers and employees at all levels, guide audits, lead corrective actions, develop training, and coordinate with regulatory agencies to sustain ISO14001/ISO45001 readiness.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in chemical or environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in Environmental or Safety roles.
• Experience with ISO14001/ISO45001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and employees weekly to set EHS improvement goals.
• Lead site personnel to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Track and report EHS metrics monthly.
• Maintain audit readiness for ISO14001/ISO45001.
• Develop effective EHS programs and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health laws and permits.
• Improve regulatory compliance assurance processes.
• Collaborate to address unsafe acts and conditions.
• Prepare EHS reports and permit applications by due dates.
• Lead continuous improvement teams to drive EHS initiatives.
• Interface with regulatory agencies for inspections and permits.
