Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Engineer Test Technology Innovation to advance test concepts, simulations, and robust ATE solutions in a cleanroom environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams on discrete power products, design test hardware, code test programs, analyze data, and drive cost reduction and quality improvements while on-site at Kulim.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 3-8 years of experience in test engineering / development / lab environment.
• Fluent English and ideally German language skills.
• Experience in discrete power product testing and test hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Define test concepts and perform test simulations to ensure robustness of the test solution.
• Design test hardware for automated test equipment (ATE).
• Code and debug test programs.
• Analyze statistical test data.
• Implement methods to reduce test costs and improve quality in wafer test operations.
• Support transfer of test programs to ensure smooth handover across business units.
