Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor test handling.
• Masters/Bachelors in Mechanical/Mechatronic or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with >3 years experience in test handling related function can also be considered

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance test handling capabilities for new packages and products.
• Lead medium-complexity test cell engineering projects.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers; monitor performance, quality, and reliability.
• Document Equipment/ Test Technology Development, Buyoff and Release according to Business Process.
• Define, compile and review scope of work with Equipment Supplier for Development Projects.
• Execute Test Cell Design Guideline and Design Review with Equipment Supplier prior to tool up.
• Govern Equipment Software and Recipe.
• Lead medium complexity Test Cell Engineering work package.
• Monitor Test Cell Performance, Quality and Reliability to ensure Procurement Specifications are met.
• Identify and drive improvement programs on Test Cell performance for existing and new packages.
